Tiffany embarked on her design career in 2011 after graduating from Marywood University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, majoring in Illustration and Graphic Design. She started as the Art Director at Botkier, where she spearheaded Art Direction, Design, Brand Identity, Campaigns, and Social Media. Tiffany was instrumental in creating all website materials from concept to execution, as well as composing print materials such as advertising campaigns, look-books, wholesale line-sheets, and press kits. She maintained cohesive and innovative design aesthetics across all branding initiatives and directed fashion and product photography, including photo renderings and digital retouching. Additionally, Tiffany designed trade show booths and various promotional materials like decals, posters, signage, banners, flyers, and mailers.

Presently, Tiffany serves as the Senior Design Manager, Digital at Stuart Weitzman Holdings, LLC, a role she has held for over 11 years. In this capacity, Tiffany oversees a team of three designers and freelancers, managing all creative projects for Stuart Weitzman Global and manages the in-house photography team. Her responsibilities include designing digital UX/UI for Stuart Weitzman's domestic and international websites, managing digital marketing creatives for email blasts, display banners, social media ads, and overseeing print and packaging designs and managing e-commerce photography.

In 2014, Tiffany introduced and developed a new creative direction for E-commerce Photography at Stuart Weitzman, where she serves as the Art Director for all E-commerce Stills and On-figure seasonal photoshoots and video shoots. She directs all aspects of photoshoots and video shoots, from Still Life to On-Figure, and manages E-commerce Product Photography across various international platforms. Tiffany is also responsible for model castings and post-production for E-commerce photoshoots.

Tiffany's work has been featured in esteemed publications such as VOGUE, Marie Claire, and Elle. She conceptualizes and edits digital media billboards for Stuart Weitzman, including those in Times Square NYC, and designs digital media for NYC Taxi Screens, Vogue, Elle, and Glamour.

In 2020-2021, Tiffany led the re-platforming of Stuart Weitzman's website to a new Toro platform with SFCC integration. She spearheaded the rebrand, art direction, and new brand identity templates and guidelines for web, digital, email, social media, retail, outlet, landing pages, print, and packaging. Her collaboration with multiple team members from Tapestry Digital resulted in the successful completion of the re-platform within a six-month period.

Tiffany's exceptional contributions were recognized with the 2020 Lew Awards and the 2022 Shine Awards, both bestowed by Stuart Weitzman under parent company Tapestry. These awards celebrate her commitment to the company's values and her outstanding performance as a Senior Design Manager.

Outside of her role at Stuart Weitzman, Tiffany co-founded Inclusive Jewelry in July 2019, a New York-based company with a mission to create beautiful pieces that promote inclusivity and self-expression. She manages all aspects of the business, including e-commerce, web design, marketing, digital marketing, social media, and photography.

Tiffany also founded Tiffany Creative Agency LLC in 2025, a creative agency providing a comprehensive range of services, including website design and redesign, e-commerce photography, retouching, post-production, e-commerce setup, email marketing, paid social campaigns, digital marketing, graphic design, videography, and video editing. She works with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, such as nightlife, hospitality, makeup, videography, art, retail e-commerce, artists, agencies, cyber security, and jewelry.

Tiffany is known for her strong understanding of creating brand identity through design and social media initiatives. She excels in managing projects from conception to completion and possesses a wealth of knowledge in design, layout, retouching, typography, and social media and mobile platforms. She is a strong team player, capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and continues to seek new challenges and opportunities for growth in the fashion and design industry.
