FOUNDER
ESTHER TOW
As the Co-founder and Creative Director of Inclusive Jewelry, I collaborated closely with my business partner Esther Tow to bring our vision to life. Esther, a close family friend, approached me with the idea of launching a jewelry company. Given our complementary skills—her expertise in logistics and business, and my background in creative and marketing—we knew we were the perfect pair to make it happen. Thus, Inclusive Jewelry was born.
At Inclusive Jewelry, our mission is to create beautiful pieces that allow individuals to express their true inner selves. We firmly believe that beauty is inclusive, and we are dedicated to empowering and strengthening the world—one hashtag necklace and mandala bracelet at a time. Each thoughtful collection is curated by our designer, Esther Tow, who collaborates with a diverse group of international suppliers to create unique talismans that celebrate life and its joys.
CONTENT CREATION
As the Creative Director, I took charge of designing and creating the brand identity, including the logo, and providing creative direction for all imagery and videos used on our website and social media platforms. Additionally, I manage all creative content for Inclusive Jewelry's website and social media channels.
ECOMMERCE PHOTOGRAPHY
I also coordinated, produced, and executed our ecommerce photoshoot, managing everything from talent and crew hiring to studio booking, equipment rental, catering, and setup. The photoshoot showcased our diverse range of products, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.

PRESS
MENS FOLIO MALAYSIA MAGAZINE
We've also secured magazine advertising placements, such as Men's Folio Malaysia Magazine's 'Empire State of Mind' issue, featuring our lapel pins.
POP UP SHOPS
Managing our pop-up shops at local towns and fairs is another aspect of my role. From setting up table stations with visual merchandising displays to showcasing our jewelry collections and pieces, I ensure our brand is well-represented and accessible to customers.
THE RUBIN MUSEUM
Finally, I'm proud to say that Inclusive Jewelry is featured at the Rubin Museum, where our Mandala necklaces are showcased in their gift shop's Mandala Art section. I designed jewelry displays and placed cards for each Mandala necklace, displaying the original artwork and its meaning, along with QR codes for easy access to our website and contact information.
BRAND IDENTITY
As the Creative Director, I took charge of designing and creating the brand identity, including the logo, and providing creative direction for all imagery and videos used on our website and social media platforms. For the logo I wanted to design a symbol that represented individuals coming together as one “inclusive”.
LOGO DESIGN
Founder of Inclusive Jewelry, Esther Tow, began drawing mandalas with her niece, Gen, who was living in Madagascar and serving in the peace corp. Gen wanting to bring her some semblance of joy, Gen began creating these images, without internet, sometimes taking hours at a time to draw. Although this project had started with Gen, Esther soon realized that she wanted to share these beautiful creations with everyone and having had a previous career in product development, Esther knew she had the experience to bring these designs to life. In turning these pieces into fine jewelry, Esther would intentionally and carefully recreate the mandala designs using Modern 14kt tools with incredible precision, and cut these designs into sterling silver, creating the mandala bracelets and necklaces that we sell today.
the design process
I designed our packaging—a modern architectural design featuring a clear silicone film that holds any size jewelry, ensuring they remain airtight to prevent tarnishing while being lightweight and slim for easy storage.
PACKAGING DESIGN
This journey with Inclusive Jewelry has been incredibly rewarding, and I'm excited to continue making a positive impact through our brand.
